Unlike the vast majority of users have waited by the Google , the new Nexus 6 is not able to have your screen on with two taps therein. For those who do not know the feature, you simply touch the screen twice in a row (with her locked) for it to be activated soon after. It is very handy for those who do not have much patience for always having to push a button to be the case.
The curious thing about this is that the Nexus 9, filed on the same day, has the feature that is Native System , however, the smartphone, unlike the tablet from HTC has not. However, you can activate it with movement by simply swing it slightly. This feature does not make much difference to the end user it is possible to activate and deactivate at any time.
The feature called tap-to-wake should be functional in the new model, since it is also implemented in Moto X, but in practice it is not exactly so. An analysis of the device disclosed by the website Android Police had confirmed the presence of the feature on the device, but soon after some testing it was proven that it was not really able to use it. Google, in turn, can enable the use of the same (which practically “disables” the power ) in a future update, but for now nothing has been said by the company.
