Android N begins to reach other devices in addition to the Nexus – Digital Look

A month ago, Google launched the preview version of Android N, geared toward developers (but anyone interested can try). So far, only owners of a Nexus device (6, 5X, 6P, 9, Nexus Player, and Pixel C) could experience, but now that has changed.

From now on, owners of Xperia Z3 (specifically the D6603 or D6653 models) can test the new features of Android N, thanks to a partnership with Sony. Details on how to flash device to install the software are at this link (in English).

The news is strange because the device randomness. The Z3, despite a good device, is already outdated and also never been among the most popular Android handsets market. The measure still leaves one billion people without access to new features.

So far, the main new features of Android N include a native split-screen mode, more efficient notifications, which can be grouped and allow replies without having to open the application, and more efficient battery consumption.
