Nexus 5 passes first test drop - Mobile Xpert

Whenever a new smartphone hits the market consumers just wonder what the quality of the materials used in the product, and some of the most awkward looking whether the smartphone will be sturdy enough to be your daily companion.

Although none of us really want the smartphone hits the ground from the point of the screen, it is always good to know what we’re dealing with. The portal American Android Authority has just published its drop test with the new Google Nexus 5, showing the results of falls “ordinary” day-to-day.

The Nexus 5 features Gorilla Glass protection 3 on its front and a very welcome back plastic that, unlike his older brother (who put a glass back panel ), brings considerable resistance to impacts and scratches.

is also worth remembering that the Nexus 5, although no removable battery, no mounts designed “unibody” as the HTC One, made in a single piece of aluminum. With this, the strongest impacts may end disassembling the smartphone.

Check out the test done and the results of the new Google Nexus falls 5.
