Google and LG join forces again to produce the newest member of the Nexus line of devices. The smartphone offers top-end features, is the first to have version 4.4 of Android and has still some software tricks to captivate users. All for $ 349, about 256 euros for the 16GB version.

The smartphone features a five-inch screen with full HD resolution, 800 Snapdragon processor quad core 2.3 Ghz, 2GB of RAM and a eight-megapixel photo sensor with stabilizer optical image. The Nexus 5 also has NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and support for LTE networks.

The design brings differences to the Nexus 4 and building materials as well – being that the new phone is made of plastic with a texture smooth. A bit like already happens with the LG G2, presented recently in Portugal.

The new Nexus 5 is now available for purchase with Google Play selected countries – some of which were European, but where not in Portugal. Besides the 8GB version there is also a 32GB model that will have a price of $ 399, about 293 euros.
