The construction site of the Nexus will be the field of learning to students … – Portal Nacional de Seguros

The chief academic officer and graduate of the Ipog, Carlo Guizeline, and the president of the Conscious Builder and Developer, Ilézio Ignatius Ferreira, signed this Wednesday, November 23, technical cooperation agreement for sharing of the processes and technologies applied in the work of the Nexus Shopping & Business, one of the largest in the capital. The signing happened in the auditorium of the educational institution, in Sector Bueno, in the presence of the students and professors of the course of engineering.

By the covenant, the IPOG will monitor all processes of the work, which will have 136.800 square meters built, to turn them into video lessons geared to courses in higher and post-graduate courses in the area of engineering. The site will also be open to technical visits and classes.

One of the aspects to be followed up by scholars is that of sustainability. The work of the Nexus Shopping & Business is being run, from the beginning, with a view to obtaining the Leed Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), one of the most respected international certifications geared to sustainable buildings, designed and awarded by the organization of american Green Building Council (USGBC).

Inspired by the centres, the business of important cities international, the Nexus Shopping & Business, you will have many segments of trade and services in one place. The two towers will house commercial offices, slabs, corporate, executive hotel of high standard, anchored shopping center, event space, and more than 1700 car parking spaces.

The access to knowledge for students is one of the practices of social responsibility of the Conscious Builder and Developer, as a contribution to the training of future professionals in the sector.
