An analysis by a user on Reddit social network brought to light a serious performance problem of the new Nexus 5 X manufactured by LG.
According to data collected the reasons for this performance degradation is the system encryption, strangulation and lags in general.
The encryption system is related to the new form of security of Android Marshmallow, who inserted an extra layer of encryption that acts on several system sectors, thereby making he has to spend more “barriers” before performing the tasks consequently suffering a performance hit at certain times.
The second part of this problem even have to do with RAM management by the system operating which causes the RAM is used in excessively by the services, which becomes critical in devices with only 1 or 2GB of RAM.
Compounding this, the Nexus 5X has a thermal bottleneck which makes its underperformance even to other devices with the same Snapdragon 808, making the chipset has two of the most powerful cores limited to the clock of just 633MHz after very few minutes of use.
