According to The Verge, the Play Store Google no longer sells the Nexus 6. The decision seem to mark the end of the 6-inch device, after the Nexus 5X and 6P are available for sale.

The Nexus 6 arrived in a transition period from the Google Android program. The device, manufactured by Motorola, was the greatest smartphone of Google and the company decided not to include a 5-inch version to be able to be seen as the successor to the popular Nexus 5.
You can still buy the Nexus 6 on Amazon. Contacted by The Verge, Google was not immediately available for comment if the phone was permanently discontinued.
