Google introduces new Nexus and Android 5.0 – Observer

October is the month of presentation technology, the time to market new products for Christmas. Yesterday Google introduced the new Nexus ( smartphone and tablet ) and the new Android operating system, which was named “Lollipop” (lollipop). The new smartphone Nexus 6, developed by Motorola, has a screen of 5.96 inch Quad HD, a rear camera with 13 MP and a front camera with 2 MP. It has two front speakers which provide better sound quality, charging “wireless” and an integrated system called “Turbo Charger” which adds 6 hours of autonomy with only 15 minutes of charging extra. The Nexus 6 has 3 GB of RAM and two options of storage memory, 32 or 64 GB.

The Nexus 9 is the new tablet and was developed with HTC. Weighs 420 grams, has a 8.9-inch screen, “small enough to be grasped with one hand and big enough to work,” reads the statement. Google has developed a keyboard which he called “Folio” and that binds to tablet magnetically, “turning it” on a PC. Nexus is the first processor with 64-bit graphics and a power which, according to Google, equals a desktop PC.

The new Android 5.0 (Lollipop) promises to be more flexible and integrator adapts to different equipment and can be customized. Google says that “with Lollipop is easier to resume where it stopped being music, photos, applications and even the most recent research in its Android devices that can be used immediately in any of the other equipment.”

convergence signals have been also adopted by Apple and Microsoft. Google, via new Nexus Lollipop and contributes to the formation of a key to keeping consumers clinging to a brand or product ecosystem.
