Before you start the installation, keep in mind that this is not the official ROM from Google but a custom ROM, so know that some features may not work correctly.

Pre-requirements for the installation:

  • Create a backup of your personal data, should any problem occur during the installation.
  • Make sure that the Nexus 4 has at least 80% of the useful life in the battery.
  • The device must have root.
  • The bootloader should be unlocked.
  • Enable the USB debugging from the Nexus 4.

Installing the Android 7.0 Nitro

Step 1

Step 5

  • Follow the previous step to install GAPPS. After completion, select Reboot system now to the Nexus 4 restart.

If you have done everything correctly, the new system will be loaded on your LG Nexus 4. It is noteworthy that in this last step, it will take some time to load all the files, because this is the first boot of Android, so do not worry if the device is taking more time than usual to start.
