FCC documents point to launch the second generation ... - Tecmundo

Although not confirmed any new device during the Google I / O, it seems that we may soon see a new seven-inch tablet the company. This arose because filings with the FCC on the regularization of a new kind of gadget.

According to documents from the FCC (Federal Communications Commission, a sort of Anatel U.S.), Asus has filed an application for regularization of a “pad” of seven inches. The model K009 is listed as “nexus” in the documentation.

The device supposedly a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, a battery of 4,000 mAh, a rear camera of 5 megapixel camera and support for 4G LTE connection. There is no exact size of the screen of the gadget in the documentation.

Asus and Google have not commented on the matter.
