The truffles can also be enjoyed on an iPad rather than on a plate. Why ? Because after all… why not. It is the idea that has had the Quince, a restaurant in San Francisco. And this is not a sleazy bar, the address has recently been rewarded with a third star in the Michelin guide.

The tv in question “Has a dog in the search of gold” is served on an iPad installed in a small wooden locker. These croquettes white truffle can be enjoyed while the iPad plays the video of water dogs in search of truffles.

The site Sfist, which echoes this idea, asks how you are cleaned, these iPad, and if this is done according to a method compatible with the hygiene rules imposed on restaurants. Or if just, no regulation that provides for this case of figure.
