Remember alleged accidental release of the Nexus 5 of a video made by Google? Well, the incident occurred just a few days ago, but it seems the S4GRU already have more news about the device, which showed up in a series of documents from the FCC OET. If the rumors are true, the smartphone come with name LG D820
Although we can not confirm that to be the same smartphone, the similarities are great. The design of the casing shown in the photo above is very similar to the Nexus 5 leaked – especially the huge space for the camera, which stands out easily in both devices leaked.
Be it the Nexus 5 or not, we can expect a powerful smartphone. This is because, as noted by several commentators Engadget, the documents reveal much about the device.
Your support for connections is impressive: the device is compatible with LTE bands 7, plus tracks CDMA / EVDO rev A, pentaband DC-HSPA +, quadband GSM / EDGE, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and dual-band 802.11 b / g / n / ac. With a support to so many different bands (mostly LTE), it is unlikely that we are seeing a common smartphone, but something high level.
The information do not stop there. Your firmware M8974A indicates that the smartphone will have nothing less than a 800 processor Snapdragon SoC. Already the software version clearly mentions the name “Key Lime Pie” – the name of Android 4.4, used by employees of Google to the partnership between the company and Nestlé to call it “KitKat”. Therefore, we expect that this mysterious device has the newest OS company.
Finally, a tweet made by Brian Klug of Anandtech shows that among the data of documents, we also have the revelation that the smartphone has a screen with a diagonal of 126 mm – five inches, for those who do not want conversion. It only remains to wait for an announcement from Google to find out if this is even the mighty apparatus Nexus 5.
