Nexus 5 has not yet been officially announced by Google, but several rumors about the device already run the internet for some time. Now, a log file of a development version of Android KitKat gives more details about the LG, a company must manufacture the smartphone may soon present.

MyCE site had access to a 10 MB file with the log of the Android KitKat, new version of the operating system from Google. In it was possible to find information that is supposed to deliver some technical specifications of the new Nexus. Specifications gathered in the file are as follows:

  • Screen: 5 inch Full HD (442 ppi);
  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 2.3 GHz 800;
  • RAM: 2 GB;
  • Storage: 16 GB, and another model with different size can be released;
  • Camera: Rear – 8 megapixels. Front – 1.2 Megapixel;
  • Sensors: accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, light, barometer and guidance;
  • Battery: 2,300 mAh and wireless charging;
class=”c5″> The files also show the code of the device as “hammerhead” and its manufacturer like LG. The log would be an Android version released to developers on September 13th.

Google should make an official announcement about the Android KitKat on the 14th of October, which may present the Nexus 5 on the same date.
