Some owners of Nexus 5X noticed that some photographs taken with the smartphone are backwards, a situation that Google justified by the particular construction of the device.

According to Engadget, Google engineer Eino-Ville Talvala indicates that the Nexus 5X of the image sensor was installed in a different orientation for all of the usual components could fit smoothly. This meant that Google had to change the device so that it followed from normally software.
However, Talvala points out that some applications do not reflect this change, with developers not they make the necessary changes to prevent this change, resulting in some pictures with a different orientation than you would expect.
