LG Nexus 5

Every year

history repeats itself: fans rel=”i190″> are hoping to see what the search giant is preparing for the next version of system as well as what will be the new Nexus line of devices.

And this year the expectation is that Google bid at least 2 new products. The most talked about is a possible Nexus 8 – or 9 Nexus, which will be a 8.9-inch tablet – and a Nexus 6, probably based on the G3 LG that will be launched already in the 27th of that month

.

According to BGR, apparently two of these names were confirmed to be mentioned in a piece of code in Chromium Code Review. Two editors of the German site SmartDroid.de found both the name Nexus as Nexus 6 8 in the documents.

 Chromium 1

 Chromium 2

There is a mention of a few days also appeared in Chromium Google is already working with HTC on a Nexus tablet, which may be the Nexus 8, or a rel=”i190″> TV, because there was the name Nexus but the codenames of products: Flounder and Molly for the tablet to the TV. Nevertheless, it was not clear in which of the two HTC is working.

Other reports also indicate that this year will be the last in which Google uses the Nexus brand and manufacture its own smartphone. After that, the company will launch the program Silver rel=”i190″> partners to commercialize manufacturers top of the line appliances with the latest version of the system.

It is expected that the Nexus 8 is released later this semester along with 4.5 and Nexus 6 rel=”i190″> will follow in the second half of the year.
