According to Phandroid, the newest model of the Nexus 7 just stop being exclusive to the U.S. and Canada. The device, which has been doing successfully (even having problems in your multitouch) since its launch now reached several other countries such as the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Japan
For those who live in these areas, you can purchase them directly from the Google store.
