Google releases 5.0.1 update Lollipop for all Nexus line … – Tudocelular.com

Google has released images of factory Android 5.0.1 Lollipop yesterday to the Nexus 7 9 and 10 . To make such upgrade was necessary to install via fastboot and have all your deleted internal memory, since all the system partition is rewritten. Now, the Mountain View giant begins to bring the first correction Lollipop for users of the Nexus line via OTA .

We do not know what all the changes in this update, but your focus will be to fix the bugs found in the initial build. The most critical refers to a problem of lock screen that ends up making a Factory reset on the device when the user misses the password several times.

For those who do not want to wait for the update via OTA, Google is providing the download links of the files to the Nexus 4 (LRX21T), Nexus 5 (LRX210), Nexus 7 2013 Wi-Fi (LRX21P) , Nexus 9 (LRX21Q) and Nexus 10 (LRX21P).

To install, simply connect your Nexus on your PC in the bootloader , go to the system recovery and select “apply update from ADB” . From your computer, you must run the command adb sideload (filename) .zip.

When you complete the installation, your smartphone will restart and a cleaning system will be made. It is important to back up your important files before proceeding.
